All residents of the neighborhood are members. Annual dues to become a contributing member are $30 per household (NWCA’s fiscal year starts June 1 and ends May 31). You may pay dues online, via Simpli Dues, or by check. General donations and donations to the Beautification and Memorial Bench Fund and Holiday Fund* also welcome! See below for further details.

You may elect additional contributions to neighborhood projects, events and activities as well at this time. Select your household if listed, or select “I don’t see my household in the list” to provide your household information. No account is required to pay dues.

When paying your dues online, please consider donating an extra $2.80 to cover processing fees. And if you would like to make an additional online donation to NWCA, please note that 8% will cover processing fees. If you would like the entirety of your donation to go to NWCA, consider paying by check or adding a little extra to your online donation to cover these fees.

* Our Beautification and Memorial Fund supports memorial benches, plantings on common/county property, and other neighborhood enhancements. Our Holiday Fund cover costs associated with neighborhood holiday celebrations and maintenance of our community tree.
